This beginner skate camp is designed for girls, femmes, and nonbinary participants (who feel comfortable in a femme-centered space) to develop foundational skateboarding skills while being supported every step of the way.Participants will learn proper stance, balance, pushing, and how to move confidently on a skateboard, all in a space that values lived experience and encourages growth at each individual’s pace. No prior experience is necessary, and all equipment is provided, but if you have your own board and/or helmet, feel free to bring it.Each participant will receive one camp t-shirt for the week and one snack each day.
